About us
Built for the local game.
Cric Squad is a grassroots cricket platform for the players, teams, organisers and scorers who keep local cricket going every weekend. We give the village ground and the town league the same things the professional game takes for granted: a proper record of every run, wicket and catch, live scores, and a stage for talent to be seen.
Give every local cricketer the profile, the stats and the stage that professional players take for granted.
Our origin & growth
From scorebooks to a scoreboard
Where it started
Local cricket has always been played with heart and recorded on paper. Scorebooks went missing, results lived in WhatsApp groups, and a player's best season was forgotten by the next one. Cric Squad began with a simple question: why should a century on a village ground count for less than one in a stadium?
How it grew
What began as a way to keep scores became a platform for the whole local game: verified player profiles, team management, tournaments with fixtures and points tables, ball-by-ball live scoring, and statistics that update themselves after every match.
What drives us
Every run counts — wherever it is scored
Talent is everywhere; opportunity is not. A record of what a player has actually done is often the first thing that gets them noticed — by a better club, a tournament, or a selector. We believe no cricketer should miss that chance because nobody wrote their innings down.
Local first
Designed for the municipal ground, the weekend league and the village tournament — not the stadium.
Trust in every number
Verified players, assigned scorers and a clear record of who entered what keep the statistics honest.
Fast on the field
Scoring that works with one thumb, in bright sunlight, from the boundary rope.
Players own their profile
Each player decides what is public on their profile.

Our mission
- To give every local cricketer a verified, permanent record of their game.
- To make organising a tournament simple, transparent and fair.
- To bring live scoring and proper statistics to grounds that never had them.
- To help emerging and rural talent get seen beyond their own town.
- To build a trusted, sustainable home for grassroots cricket.
Our vision
To become the trusted home of local cricket — where every match is recorded, every player is visible, and talent from any ground can be discovered and rise to play at a higher level.
